Customer Reviews
Reliable for baby gear
This was my third purchase from Kidsy. I've bought a high chair and a playard before, and this time it was an infant car seat. Each time, the product quality has been consistent with their open-box description – essentially new but at a significant discount. Shipping speeds have also been reliable, typically arriving within a week. I keep coming back because I know I'll get good gear without paying full price, and I haven't had any issues with their safety inspection claims. They're my go-to for bigger baby item purchases now.
Stroller order and delivery notes
I ordered an UPPAbaby Vista double stroller, open-box. The order process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out within two business days. The stroller arrived in a large box, well-packaged, with all components present. I checked the condition; it looked almost new, just a few very minor scuffs you'd expect from an open-box item. Instructions were included. I did have a question about attaching the second seat, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful link to a video. It works great. A good experience overall.
Got a good bassinet
Needed a bedside sleeper and saw one on Kidsy. It was an open-box Snoo for a good chunk off. Came in good shape, no problems putting it together. My baby sleeps well in it. Easy to order, and it got here in about 5 days. Pretty happy with it.
Love my new jogging stroller!
Oh my gosh, I just received my jogging stroller from Kidsy and I absolutely love it! It's an open-box Bob Revolution, and it looks brand new. The discount I got was amazing, like 50% off! I took it out for a spin today and it handles like a dream. Seriously, this is such a smart way to buy baby gear. I'm telling all my friends about Kidsy; you can't beat these deals for such high-quality items. Will definitely be shopping here again!
Decent price, slow shipping
I bought a 4moms MamaRoo baby swing. The price was really good, about 40% less than I saw it elsewhere, which was the main draw. The item itself was in excellent condition, practically new, which was a nice surprise for an open-box. My only minor complaint was the shipping time. It took 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long when I was eager to get it set up. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a positive. Overall, happy with the product and price, but they could improve on delivery speed.
Good deal on a car seat
I was looking for a convertible car seat and found a good open-box deal here. Got a Graco for about 30% off retail, which felt like a solid saving. Shipping was standard, took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio. Worth it for the price difference.

Can you combine discount codes on Kidsy? I have a first-time buyer one but also saw an ad for a general site-wide sale. Wondering if I can stack those.
hey, was looking at a car seat on Kidsy, but it's listed as 'open box.' is that basically used? or like, what's the deal with that?
